Any aberration by the executives were not taken kindly and on complaint, would change them immediately.He would encourage feedback and take prompt action wherever required..I remember the times I messaged him at 2 am and he promptly responded by messaging me an assurance and at the same time calling and firing the attendant for laxity. He never lacked in anything...absolutely principled, a strict taskmaster, a great support ...an excellent example of a good human being...it was not just work that my interactions with him were limited to...he would regularly check with me on my father’s condition and always had an encouraging word to put in..My father passed away, but I have earned a friend for a lifetime...All my memories of dealing with Suresh ji will remain beautiful thoughts forever...an agency, a man who said he would be there and never left...it is not always about money...a whole lot of positive feelings associated with him...the best man...the best agency..."
